1.本產(chǎn)品為低分子量聚乙烯蠟,流動(dòng)性較好，因此具有良好的加工性能。

2.作為PVC專用潤滑劑，其獨(dú)特的熔程控制，使其既具有良好的后期外潤滑效果，又具有良好的前期內(nèi)潤滑效果，在擠出機(jī)不同的加工區(qū)段起到內(nèi)外潤滑平衡的作用。

3.在加工前期作為內(nèi)潤滑時(shí)，能在一定程度 上降低塑料熔體的粘度，有利于物料在螺桿的剪切推動(dòng)下順利前行;在加工后期作為外潤滑時(shí),能有效的降低熔體控制加工電流,在一定程度上延遲塑化，避免因剪切力過大造成的物料分解。

4.在物料和口模金屬填充母粒專用聚乙烯蠟內(nèi)壁之間形成一層均勻的潤滑界面，使物料能勻速的擠出，從而提高制品表面的光亮度，同時(shí)也能提高擠出量，增加產(chǎn)能。

5.本產(chǎn)品可用于各類PVC制品的生產(chǎn)，包括管材、 管件、型材、電纜料、木塑、扣板等。
