1.無機(jī)粉體與樹脂之間的相容性不佳，經(jīng)過鋁酸酯偶聯(lián)劑處理后,無機(jī)粉體表面會與樹脂之間形成化學(xué)鍵，增強(qiáng)了無機(jī)粉體和樹脂之間的界面相容性， 因此使用鋁酸酯偶聯(lián)劑還可以加大無機(jī)粉體的用量，提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，降低成本。

2.促進(jìn)填料在樹脂中的分散,改善制品的機(jī)械性能,如拉伸強(qiáng)度、沖擊強(qiáng)度、抗壓強(qiáng)度等。

3.該產(chǎn)品適用于各類填充母粒的生產(chǎn)，如碳酸鈣、滑石粉、硫酸鋇、硫酸鈉等填料的造粒，以及各類色母粒的生產(chǎn)。

三、使用方法

第1步:在高速捏合機(jī)處于低速狀態(tài)下倒入填料，換高速加熱至110C,敞口攪拌5-8分鐘，使填料中的微量水分被充分蒸發(fā)，殘存水分應(yīng)≤0.3%才能保證無機(jī)填料的活化效果;

第2步:將偶聯(lián)劑加入攪拌機(jī)內(nèi),加入量一般為填料量的1 -2% ,總的攪拌時間不得低于10分鐘，使填料充分活化;

第3步:加入填料量0.5%的硬脂酸作協(xié)同劑,再攪拌2分鐘即停機(jī)出料。
